1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nutripro.pl or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nutriprosd, located at ul. Świętego Antoniego 23, 50-073 Wrocław, Poland. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
Nutriprosd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the site after 2026-04-01 indicates your acceptance of the updated framework.
Consultation Scope
Professional Boundaries
Our services involve professional dietary analysis and nutritional counseling. While our consultants are experts in nutritionology, these consultations are not a substitute for clinical medical diagnosis or emergency healthcare.
Nutriprosd provides evidence-based recommendations tailored to your lifestyle and goals. We do not prescribe medication or perform invasive medical procedures. Any health-related changes should be discussed with your primary care physician.
2. Service Limitations
- 01 Online consultations require a stable internet connection and are scheduled in CET/CEST (Wrocław) time.
- 02 Nutritional plans are personalized and strictly for the use of the client named in the booking.
- 03 Results vary based on individual physiological factors and adherence to the recommended protocol.
Payments &
Cancellations
Booking transparency is essential to our workflow. We ensure a seamless registration process for all clients seeking expert nutritionology services.
3.1 Booking Process
To secure a consultation, users must use our online registration form. Accurate information regarding dietary history and health goals is necessary for a valid analysis.
3.2 Fees & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking via our secure gateway. All prices listed on nutripro.pl are inclusive of VAT where applicable under Polish law.
3.3 Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the appointment receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window are subject to a 50% service fee to cover the consultant's prepared slot.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The content on this website, including dietary methodologies, text, logos, and proprietary analysis tools, is the exclusive property of Nutriprosd. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access information for personal, non-commercial use.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any material from nutripro.pl without explicit written consent from our Wrocław office is strictly prohibited. This includes our signature nutritional templates and consultation methodologies.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
As a user of Nutriprosd, you agree to provide truthful and complete information regarding your health status, allergies, and current medications. This ensures the safety and efficacy of our dietary analysis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details and for all activities that occur under your identity on our portal.
Nutriprosd is not liable for outcomes resulting from the omission of critical health information by the client during the intake phase.
